We are proud of our 481-room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. All our 4 F&B outlets are highly recognized and rated and boasts of a unique concept .Combined with our exceptional service, we create many a memorable moment for our guests, our 4 F&B outlets include- Fire Lake Grill restaurant-our steakhouse serving up the best of Midwest traditions thanks to its open flame technique, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and also Issei – a trendy Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at our rooftop. In addition to the above, we also have 4 meeting & event spaces and a busy in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities of F&B Operations Manager:
· Lead the Food & Beverage team as the deputy from the front as a hands-on leader
· Strategize on new products and service offerings whilst closely collaborating with the marketing leader.
· Proactive approach in recommending innovative marketing ideas, F&B trends, and executing those thus driving revenues.
· Good financial understanding of budgets and monitors and controls the performance of the individual outlets.
· Delivering memorable moments for our guests every day, everywhere and every time.
· Leading and coaching outlet managers, helping them in the execution of their responsibilities and set their own goals and objectives.
· Oversees the quality, consistency, and presentation in all food and beverage outlets to ensure that they conform to the requisite brand standards.
Requirements of the F&B Operations Manager:
· Service focused personality and previous leadership experience leading a food and beverage team.
· Strong and up-to-date in food & beverage knowledge and trends
· Excellent administration, communication and organizational skills
· Good project management skills with experience in opening outlets with new concepts
· Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders
· Service oriented with an eye for detail
· Ability to work effectively
· Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and generations
-Ability to speak European languages would be an added advantage
