Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills is looking to strengthen our team with a passionate Housekeeping Attendant.
We are proud of our 481 room hotel (90 suites) overlooking the Trump Golf Course, within the DAMAC Hills Community in Dubai Land. To create many a memorable moment for our guests, we will have 4 F&B outlets - Fire Lake Grill restaurant, Hessa St. Kitchen- serving authentic Asian favourites a la carte, Hills Pool Deck and also Issei – a trendy Nikkei fusion restaurant & bar, at our rooftop. In addition to the above, we also have 4 meeting & event spaces and a busy in-room dining service.

Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Attendant:
-Supports the smooth running of the housekeeping department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to the highest levels
-Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
-Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
-Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that productivity and performance levels are attained
-Cleans and maintains areas of responsibility according to set standards and procedures
-Ensure guest’s requests are promptly and courteously met
-Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor
-Handle guest complaints, reporting them to Supervisor immediately
Requirements of the Housekeeping Attendant:
-Prior experience in hotels is necessary.
-Experience in International Hotel brand would be an advantage
-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
