Job Description
This role works to provide state of the art reward programs to RHG team members and coordinates key reward activities and processes.
The role also provides support to the corporate functions and hotel operations teams globally in key areas:
Rewards
• Support the development and implementation of a Total Reward Framework.
• Lead the annual merit review and bonus calculation processes and resolving queries from corporate managers.
• Lead international mobility process.
• Participate in the design of short-term and long-term incentives and lead their roll out and administration.
• Manage automated reward processes.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax and other departments across the company to ensure audit compliance, year-end reporting and monitoring of performance for variable remuneration purposes.
• Carry out analysis to support the design of new remuneration strategies and practices.
• Advise on reward policies and create employee friendly communications and materials; making it easier for our team to understand and manage their benefits
• Participate in reward and HR projects, as required.
Benefits
• Assist in maintaining, reviewing and communicating Global reward policies and processes, such as company car policy, transportation allowances and team member discounts.
• Maintain effective relationships with external service providers, including acting as an escalation point for issues such as urgent treatment pre-approval, claims disputes and invoice queries.

Qualifications
• You will have 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role within Rewards and Human Resources.
• You will have experience with international/regional/global rewards (a must).
• You have experience in grading/job architecture projects and it´s implementation
• You will have experience working with market data and providing job benchmarks within the organization
• You have experience working in an English-speaking, international fast-moving environment.
• You will be numerate, with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• You will have excellent MS Office skills and advanced Excel knowledge, including development of pivot tables, charts, models and formulas.
• You will demonstrate good judgement, using appropriate data and analysis to support recommendations and presenting information in a user-friendly format.
• You are results-oriented, you plan and prioritize activities and work effectively with others to complete objectives, often within short deadlines.
• You have experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) and compensation survey reporting tools.
• You will feel comfortable communicating in a multi-cultural environment, with the ability to express ideas concisely and clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• You are able to maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive information.
