As People Branding & Communications Content Coordinator you will be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering compelling internal and external content that supports the company's people branding, employee engagement, and strategic communication initiatives. You’ll be the creative engine behind our storytelling, live stream visuals, internal campaigns, and event communications, ensuring everything is delivered on-brand, on-time, and with impact.
This role plays a central part in shaping how employees and external audiences experience our culture, values, and employer brand through thoughtfully crafted content.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Written Communications
· Develop and write newsletters that inform and engage the audience
· Create compelling blog content aligned with brand messaging
· Craft CRM communications tailored to talent pool strategies
· Write and maintain content for the company’s career page
· Ensure all written materials reflect the company’s EVP and consistent tone of voice
Visual Content Campaign
· Collaborate closely with Creative Services to conceptualize and produce all campaign-related materials
· Lead the development of visual and multimedia assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
· Manage the creative request process, including opening and tracking tickets for visuals, carousels, eBooks, videos, and more
· Oversee production timelines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and publication-ready
· Create compelling visual content for:
o People Stories (e.g., Pioneers, Moment Makers)
o Global Observance Days
o External Employer Branding Campaigns
Live Events · Design and deliver end-to-end content packages for company events, including live streaming and annual gatherings · Create all visual and communication materials needed to support seamless, on-brand live streaming experiences · Ensure all assets are delivered on time, aligned with brand guidelines, and tailored for maximum audience impact |
Making P&C a Value Driver
· Create content that showcases the strategic impact of P&C initiatives
· Copywrite award applications to present compelling showcase of P&C achievements
· Translate P&C goals into clear, engaging stories aligned with EVP
Project Deliverables Support · Provide content and creative support for strategic initiatives, including the 4.5 HR transformation projects · Ensure all materials are aligned with project goals, brand standards, and organizational values |
· Strong ability to transform complex ideas into engaging, accessible, and visually compelling content · Skilled at crafting consistent, on-brand messaging that aligns with company culture, values, and employer brand · Ability to manage multiple content requests, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously · Ensures high quality and accuracy across all content formats (visual, written, digital). |
Job Requirements
Minimum education: National academic qualifications / Degree in HR or Communications |
Minimum experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in communications, employer branding or a related field |
Language skills: Very good command of written and spoken English |
