Learning Design Trainee

Within People & Culture team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with key stakeholders on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention. All this in a more and more digitalized way, enabled by a strong HR ecosystem.

As a Learning Design Trainee, you will support all the team members of this function to drive forward various learning initiatives in line with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan, on a global level. You will be part of an international, dynamic and motivated team with colleagues based in Brussels, Madrid and many other different locations around the world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with L&D team members and engage with internal stakeholders to understand design needs and propose creative, learner-centric solutions
  • Oversee multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with learning objectives
  • Design and curate a wide range of learning materials, including e-learning modules, guided simulations, presentations, and engagement resources
  • Produce and edit multimedia content (e.g., videos, animations, audio) to enrich digital learning experiences

·       Create and design learning collaterals for internal and external audiences, including catalogues, brochures, engagement materials and presentations that support learning initiatives

  • Ensure alignment with design guidelines and maintain visual templates and to ensure brand consistency across all Radisson Academy materials



A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

  • Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship, ideally pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field

·       Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent verbal communication skills

·       Solid understanding of visual communication principles, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in learning and education

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity or interest in tools like the Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline and Rise), Genially, or LMS platforms is a plus
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and proactive, with a “Yes I Can!” attitude
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Is a team player with a global mindset, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across the organization
