 Mission: 

 As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you have conversion rate optimization skills and Web & Mobile User Experience sense in your DNA. You are passionate about the digital world and are curious to see what’s behind the appearance of websites.

The person in this position thinks customer first and is directly responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience website and activates a continuous improvement culture to enhance the Radisson Hotel Group e-commerce websites.

It is the Digital Experience coordinator responsibility to supervise and participate in the managing, maintenance and improvement of the company websites. This process includes research, development, production (HTML, good CSS, and basic JavaScript skills required), follow-up and delivery of the projects under your supervision.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all developed functionalities comply with UX standards and you are able to test and take actions if any of those standards are not met.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you must have excellent time management skills, be able to effectively identify and solve problems, understand how to mitigate risk factors and ultimately have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with the team and communicate results.

You will be part of the Digital Experience team, a digital savvy and motivated group of people strongly focused on reaching company’s KPIs through the optimization of web performance, mobile experience and always looking for continuous ways to innovate the digital landscape with an omni-channel view. For these reasons, a certain level of technical skills and thinking out of the box are required.

Experience in managing web and mobile developments (enhancements, incidents/bugs) and work with AGILE methodologies are highly appreciated.

A demonstrated experience in enhancing customer experience and conversion rate optimization from previous role are a plus.

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will work with the rest of the Digital Experience team members on the Radisson Hotel Group websites and will help shaping the future digital products on the company.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Ensure that we have the best Digital experience possible for the customer

Looking for Quality beyond delivery, UX on top

Enhance Omnichannel experience focus on Web/Table/Mobile/App ensuring we have the best experience possible for the customer no matter the channel that the user is choosing

Being part of the Conversion rate optimization team. Actively participating in the MVT activity

Engage the customers digitally and collect their feedback

Ensure that customers have a good experience at every touchpoint with the company, to build customer retention and loyalty.

Help with the Web support, maintenance and enhancements of the current websites looking for quick wins and opportunities

Create deliverables to define new products (feature specification, user workflows, user stories, product roadmaps, etc.)



 Important factors to succeed in this role:

Deliver a best in class User Experience , increase the conversion rate and the retention for the Web/App and ensure that the websites have the best support to maximize the main KPIs..

 Create a culture of continuous improvement, quality and execution through.

 Maintains a favorable working relationship with other corporate teams inside Radisson Hotel Group to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency

 Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing. Self-reliant, working with minimal control and direction

Expresses confidence in own ideas and networks with others and earns credibility and trust.

 Agile and result oriented; “Yes I can” attitude; good team player; eye for detail; passion for the travel industry

 

 Job requirements:

Minimum education:  Bachelor or University degree - it's an entry level position

Language skills: Fluency in English

Required certificates:  Any certifications from Google or any digital certified schools in the UX or mobile experience are highly considered
