Description

Radisson Hotel Group is currently looking for a Digital Content Trainee who will be responsible for on-time delivery of digital content on its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app to join its new Digital Experience Center of Excellence in Madrid.

The right person for this role:

  • Is Digital savvy and passionate about digital and websites
  • Has a high level of English, other languages are a plus
  • Has a strong attention to details and seeks quality
  • Likes to solve problems and thinks creatively
  • Is adaptable/resilient and knows how to handle the unexpected
  • Is intellectually curious and creative
  • Is organized and able to navigate competing priorities

Mission:

The Digital Content Trainee at Radisson Hotel Group will help ensure that RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help the user make a booking decision. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to:  

  • Work with the content tools to keep the digital channels up-to-date and appealing to the customers.
  • Support the hotel content needs in order to drive business to the properties
  • Test innovations and solutions before the go-live

Responsibilities:

The Digital Content Trainee will:

  • Aid in maintaining high-standard web content on RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotel app including completing online content changes.
  • Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to publish content on the website and app.
  • Collaborate with the team to determine their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
  • Assist in the testing and development processes, working alongside the CMS manager
  • Actively participate in web projects providing updates and insights when required.
  • Review reported content requests and provide or implement the fix or workaround.
  • Update guidelines and standards where needed in internal documentation
