Radisson is looking for a Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of the projects, mainly new openings, assigned to the team in charge of the digital content on its multi-lingual global website RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team made of digital experts working in Madrid and transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.

Mission
The Digital Project Manager at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to manage the team that organizes and supports in the intakes of the content team to ensure that RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content on time to help users making a booking decision.
The purpose of this role is to:
Manage the team on-boarding new properties to RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app, from initial contact until their incorporation into the Property Page and organizing the intake of the projects to deliver Marketing & Corporate initiatives including but not limited to, landing pages, promotions & offers.
Be an active and hands-on member of this team, contributing to the success of the managed projects.
Assign tasks and priorities to the team that creates, revises, and publishes content to meet deadlines and expectations. Be able to tackle those tasks in the Content Management System directly.
Use Adobe Workfront to track projects and maintain templates, user accounts, workflows on it.

Responsibilities
The Digital Project Manager has the responsibility to:
Manage the members of the Project Management Team to ensure it works as a high-performing team while maintaining a healthy working environment.
Ensure excellent management of the requests coming from stakeholders and recommend solutions to meet their needs/deadlines.
Develop and manage timelines for the end-to-end process from intake of request, receiving copy and images, loading into CMS, to publishing to the site.
Organize the intake for the team to deliver marketing and corporate communications for both B2B and B2C customers.
Ensure workflow remains nimble and updates are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Maintains and updates the user’s database, templates, reports, workflows, forms and any other content in Adobe Workfront, the workflow management tool used by the team.
Operate the Content Management System to modify and publish content on the website and app.
Manage the shared inbox of the project team.
Requirements/Skills
The Digital Project Manager must possess the following requirements and skills:
Excellent command of written and spoken English and professional fluency in French are a must.
Ability to provide work directions to stakeholders and teams.
Balance multiple projects, assignments, and launches simultaneously within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
Excellent communication skills, highly detail-oriented, organized and patient.
People management skills.
Capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments, with minimal supervision and with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Skills to gather ideas and feedback from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to set clear goals and quantitatively measure them.
Experience in web content production teams or Knowledge of Adobe Workfront is a plus.
