Radisson is currently looking for a Digital Content Operations Manager who will be responsible for leading a team of 5 members in charge of on-time delivery of digital content on its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app.
The right person for this role:
Assists in the project management of on boarding new properties as well as specific campaigns or extensive corporate projects.
Manages the content workflow for all properties and supports global initiatives

Mission
The Digital Content Operations Manager at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to lead the team that ensures that RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help the user making a booking decision. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to:
Lead the team that creates, revises, edits and publishes content in order to ensure compliance to brand guidelines and superior content quality on the website and app.
Take full ownership of the requests coming from the Marketing team, Corporate teams and hotels in order to fulfill their requests and bring their content online ensuring the best online experience possible.
Ensures on time delivery of all content related projects
Provides reports and insights on the content team

The Digital Content Operations Manager will be part of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Team and will communicate with global teams around the world including:
Hotel Owners/Operators
Brand and Marketing Teams
Digital Marketing and SEO Teams
Commercial Team
Responsibilities
The Digital Content Operations Manager has the responsibility to:
Manage the Digital Content team and ensure an excellent management of the stakeholders.
Deliver projects on time, with quality and on budget
Ensure all digital content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, and optimized for online channels including desktop, mobile and app.
Support global marketing and corporate teams with both B2B and B2C customers.
Improve and optimize workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content.
Work with the CMS Manager evolve and adapt to the team needs to industry best practices.
Manage, consult and collaborate on numerous projects to better the online experience.
Adhere to style guidelines, UX principles, processes, and established standards for quality, scope, and usability of content.
Ensure content is accurate, functional, relevant and SEO optimized.
Translate complex processes into simple, clear, end-user focused content solutions.
Requirements/Skills
The Digital Content Operations Manager must possess the following requirements and skills:
High degree of ownership and accountability.
Balance multiple projects, assignments, and launches simultaneously within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Ability to look for outside the box solution
A second language, especially French will be highly valuable
Work with the team, not only manage them
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to set clear goals and quantitatively measure them.
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront and Tridion Content Management System is a plus.
Knowledge of workflows and agile methodology
Skills to gather ideas and feedback from a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Capable of working collaboratively across teams and departments, with minimal supervision.
Ability to work with technical staff to communicate issues.
