Description

The Digital Systems Specialist who will be responsible for the selection, updating and cataloging of Digital Assets (Images, 360ª assets, Immersive Content, Virtual Tours, Videos etc…) as well as the management of both content management systems from a content and technical point of view, been the first line of support for same level colleagues. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to: 

 

  • Manage and work with the content tools (CMS, DAM) keeping the digital catalog up-to-date and appealing
  • Support the team in the resolution of issues related to the CMS and provide detailed guidelines for future reference
  • Translate complex processes into simple, clear, end-user focused content solutions.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new properties as well as new functionalities including testing developments before the go-live
  • Identify bugs and improvements for both the systems as well as the web and app and share these findings
  • Ensure compliance to brand guidelines and superior image quality, as well as organizing the digital asset library to simplify automation and time to market.  
  • Any additional tasks related to imagery or digital assets to ensure the optimization of the catalog.

  • Manage the Content Management Systems efficiently
  • Test any new content related developments before the go live
  • Follow and uphold Brand style guides and standards,
  • Share best-practice examples with team members
  • Provide support to the team
  • Build templates and documentation for best practices and common use cases.

 

Requirements/Skills

 

The Digital Systems Specialist must possess the following requirements and skills:

 

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and identify as well switch priorities seamlessly.
  • Organized, and patient.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An acceptable level of English, speaking a second language, especially French is a plus
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and agile methodology
  • Capable of working cross-functionally across teams.
