 Radisson is currently looking for a Digital Content Specialist who will be responsible for on-time delivery of digital content on its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app to join its new Digital Experience Center of Excellence in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a multinational team made of digital experts that aims at transforming the way Radisson engages with guests digitally to make their travel experience special, Every Moment Matters.

Mission 

The Digital Content Specialist at Radisson Hotel Group has the role to ensure that RadissonHotels.com and Radisson Hotels app display fresh and high-quality content (both text and visual elements) to help the user making a booking decision. Specifically, the purpose of this role is to: 

·       Work with content tools (CMS, DAM and Translation flows) to keep the digital channels up-to-date and appealing to customers.

·       Support the hotel content needs to drive business to the properties or add new properties to the website and app.

·       Ensure compliance to brand guidelines and superior content quality to the website and app.


Position Summary

The Digital Content Specialist will be part of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Team in Madrid, with the aim of handling hotel requests.


Responsabilities

The Digital Content Specialist has the responsibility to:

  • Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to publish content on the website and app.
  • Manage requests from intake, receiving copy and images, loading into CMS, and publishing to the site.
  • Send content for translation through CMS.
  • Ensure workflow remains nimble and updates are handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Review reported feedback and provide/implement the fix or workaround.
  • Identify CMS/content related bugs and submit tickets in the reporting tool (Jira).
  • Monitor web issues submitted to our Support inbox and route to the appropriate party.

Requirements/Skills

The Digital Content Specialist must possess the following requirements and skills:

  • A high level of English is a must.
  • Balance multiple projects, assignments, and launches simultaneously within a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing, time-constrained launch schedules.
  • Experience using a multi-lingual web content management system
  • Familiar with ticketing systems and SLA Compliance (Workfront knowledge is a plus)
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML.
  • High degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient.
  • Ability to work with technical staff to communicate issues.
