What will you acquire?

Our internships follow a structured framework with interactive training, development activities, and close collaboration with our experienced team. During your 6 months with us you will learn by doing and gain first-hand exposure to real business challenges. Specifically, you will learn:

• RHG Culture & Business Foundations
• Introduction to RHG culture, beliefs, leadership foundations, and brand architecture.
• Understanding of the current business focus and long-term priorities.
• Ecommerce Fundamentals
• The principles of hotel eCommerce and digital acquisition.
• How our Radissonhotels.com programme, Club of Web, works to increase direct sales to boost hotel results.
• Step by step exposure to account management practices, learning how to coordinate with hotels and digital channels.

• Hands-on Experience
• How to onboard a hotel into structured digital programmes (briefings, market analysis, channels analysis).
• How to prepare and interpret performance scorecards (content, parity, reputation, and online sales share).
• How digital channels (SEO, SEM, Display, Affiliates, Meta Search) interact and impact hotel performance.
• How to transform raw data into insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Exposure to other teams and business units (Distribution, Marketing, Revenue, Web, and Hotels).
• Development of communication skills through real interactions with hotels and cross-functional partners.
• How to support structured workflows using templates, ticketing tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Personal Growth & Mentorship
• 1-1 mentor guidance with regular feedback sessions.
• Continuous development in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Opportunity to join senior account managers and learn how to conduct professional hotel reviews.
