Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Digital Localization Senior Specialist to join its Digital Experience Center of Excellence team in Madrid. Reporting to the Digital Experience and Localization Manager, the Digital Localization Senior Specialist will be part of a team responsible for one of the most important key pillars, managing Radisson Hotel Group’s localization strategy and operations for both online and offline content including its multi-lingual global e-commerce RadissonHotels.com website and Radisson Hotels app.

The Localization Senior Specialist has the responsibility to:
Requirements/Skills
The Digital Localization Senior Specialist must possess the following requirements and skills:
· 3+ years of experience in localization.
· A high or native level of English, speaking a second language to a fluent level is a plus.
· Previous work experience in a multi-lingual, multi-brand content management process, across markets and channels.
· Excellent working knowledge of industry leading translations/localization technology (Trados knowledge is a plus).
· Experience working with leading web or enterprise Content Management Systems (SDL Tridion knowledge is a plus).
· Familiar with ticketing systems and SLA Compliance (Workfront knowledge is a plus).
· Experience in Digital Experience and UX/UI design is preferred.
· Experience with AI-assisted translations is a plus.
· Culturally sensitive and the ability to work well with a diverse team.
· High degree of ownership and accountability.
· Balance multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
· Ability to work with technical staff and communicate clearly.
