Description
Radisson Hotel Group is one of the world's largest hotel groups with ten distinctive hotel brands, and more than 1,500 hotels in operation and under development in 95+ countries. The Group’s overarching brand promise is Every Moment Matters with a signature Yes I Can! service ethos.
People are at the core of our business success and future. Our people are true Moment Makers and together we bring the culture, spirit, environment and opportunities that empower you to be your best, every day, everywhere, every time. Together, we make Every Moment Matter.

As a Digital Coordinator focused on maintenance and product health, you’re essentially the "Air Traffic Control" for the development team. You sit at the intersection of user experience and technical execution, ensuring that the existing platform doesn't just stay afloat, but actually improves every day.

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Digital Coordinator to join our Digital Product Development team. In this critical role, you will champion the stability, usability, and continuous improvement of our web and mobile apps platforms. Acting as the key point of contact for all post-launch requests, you will expertly manage the lifecycle of technical bugs and impactful enhancements, ensuring priorities are always aligned with business and user needs. Success in this role requires a self-driven individual comfortable navigating diverse and complex requirements, collaborating across teams, and consistently advocating for meaningful change.

The Digital Product Development Coordinator will be part of the Digital Experience Center of Excellence Team and will communicate with teams around the world including:

Internal teams:

  • Content team
  • Digital experience team

External team:

  • IT Team
  • Development provider
  • Digital Marketing and SEO Teams
  • Brand and Marketing team
  • Revenue & CRS
  • Commercial Team
  • Vendors and partners

Key Responsibilities

1. Backlog Management & Prioritization

  • The Filter: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Support, Marketing, QA) reporting issues or requesting minor changes.
  • Triaging: Evaluate incoming tickets based on severity, user impact, and business value.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Ensure that maintenance tasks don't conflict with major product launches, maintaining a healthy "Run vs. Build" ratio.

2. Bug Lifecycle Management

  • Validation: Reproduce reported bugs to confirm they are valid and document the exact steps for the engineering team.
  • Documentation: Write clear, concise user stories and technical requirements for fixes.
  • Communication: Keep stakeholders informed on the status of "their" bugs, especially during critical outages or high-priority regressions.

·       Release management: Oversee deployment to live environment and prepare release notes for broader internal distribution

3. Continuous Improvement (Small Enhancements)

  • UX Tweaks: Identify "low-hanging fruit"—small UI/UX improvements that significantly reduce user friction and lead to proven commercial performance uplift
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Verify that fixes and enhancements meet the required standards before they are deployed to production.
  • Analytics Review: Use data (e.g., heatmaps, crash reports) to spot recurring issues that require a permanent fix rather than a "band-aid" solution.

The digital coordinator:

  • Has technical Literacy skills: understand how web and mobile ecosystems work (APIs, caching, frontend vs. backend).
  • Should have experience with project management software like Jira
  • Should be detail oriented: An eagle eye for spotting inconsistencies in UI or issues that others might miss.
  • Is autonomous, organized and with good analytics vision
  • Is fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Can work in Europe
  • Has good Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Must be a problem solver
  • Must understand how to mitigate risk factors
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with the team and communicate results
  • Has Digital and Mobile mindset
  • Must be able to prioritize and work within tight deadlines
  • Has a modern digital mind-set
  • Is self-driven and is able to think outside the box
  • Has project management skills
  • Is comfortable with ambiguity
