eProcurement  Support – Temporary Role

The main role of the eProcurement Support person is to support the eProcurement team in several activities related with the maintenance of our marketplace that our hotels use on a regular basis to purchase goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage the creation of vendors in the marketplace. You will receive input from the responsible Manager and reply that input to our user community via the tool.

·       Manage the creation/maintenance of catalogues in the marketplace. You will receive input from the responsible Manager and translate that input into a catalogue that will be made available for the hotels to purchase.

·       Manage the user requests with the Customer Service tool. and reply that input to our user community via the tool.

·       Manage the process of creation of new hotels in the marketplace. You will receive input from the responsible Manager and trigger the creation of new hotels.

·       After an onboarding/learning period, you will support the responsible Manager in regards of the ongoing tasks. 

What about you:

·       You have experience as a system/marketplace support. Did you work on a Customer Helpdesk - perfect.

·       Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously.

·       Care for detail as a key skill to manage the master data of a marketplace.

·       Fluent in English – Spanish and/or German/French is a plus

You are interested and curious about supply chain processes and systems.
