Position summary

We are looking for an intern to work in the Commercial team, in charge of Revenue and Sales projects based in Madrid.

Within The Club by RHG, our Projects team is responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities and implementing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth through The Club and Revenue technology.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a trainee to support the team in the follow-up or implementation of the following main projects related to our 5YP:

Radisson Academy Online:

·       Support in creating high-quality online trainings that are both educational and engaging for learners. The goal is to provide learners with a valuable and enjoyable learning experience that enhances their knowledge and skills in revenue management concepts.

·       Creating engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience.

·       Designing visually appealing PowerPoint slides that enhance understanding.

·       Incorporating interactive features like quizzes, exercises, or simulations to reinforce learning.

·       Writing clear and concise scripts or speaker notes to accompany the slides.

Choose Your Room:

·       Present the project to General Managers and successfully secure their participation.

·       Collaborate closely with our partner, Hotelverse, to implement the tool across participating hotels.

·       Ensure a high-quality digital product is launched for each new property onboarded to the system.

·       Coordinate timelines, track progress, and support a smooth rollout of the features.

Revenue Strategy Days (RSD26) event:

Every year, we organise our RSD convention, which brings together all the members of our Commercial team (Revenue, Sales, M&E, Distribution, etc.). Next year, this major meeting will gather 750 attendees.

·       Assist in identifying the most suitable destination based on conference requirements, including accommodation, conference facilities, evening venues, team-building activities, and coordination with a local organizing agency.

·       Event Planning Support: Assist the team in developing a comprehensive event plan, including timelines, logistics, and task lists to ensure a smooth and well-organized conference.

·       Venue and Supplier Coordination: Work with local suppliers, venues, and service providers to manage bookings, and coordinate logistics, ensuring all arrangements align with event requirements.

·       Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with the event organization team, providing regular updates, attending planning meetings, and supporting other team members as needed to ensure all tasks are on track.

Requirements and skills

·       You must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship (Traineeship Agreement required), preferably in Project Management, Business or Hospitality or Economics with good academic results.

·       Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).

·       Base knowledge of revenue management principles.

·       You have strong organisational, analytical skills.

·       You have the ability to transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.

·       You are fluent in English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus.

·       You are a team player and a good communicator. You can handle the ability to work remotely.

·       And be eligible to work in the European Union (internship based in Madrid).

Advantages

·       Monthly salary of 700-euro gross – min 6 months.

·       Ability to book Radisson hotels properties worldwide with our discounted employee rate.

·       One holiday day granted per month
