The Revenue Technology Specialist is responsible, together with the RevTech Team, for optimizing the hotel group’s commercial performance by managing and enhancing all revenue management, upselling, rate shopping systems and any associated platforms.
This role ensures seamless integration between systems, maximizes automation and efficiency, and drives adoption of tools that improve pricing opportunities and forecast accuracy.

The position will act as one of the primary point of contact between hotels and external partners, driving several projects together with the team. He/she will also lead the integrations, analytical and technical challenges of our hotels.

He/she will have a critical role between the revenue management department and the system/technology area, in ensuring that every hotel maximizes the value and capabilities of our systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue Management System – Support and secure the deployment and support of any Revenue Management System and Technologies (IDeaS, Duetto, RevPlan, etc..) as per RHG objectives and needs.
  • Upselling – Support and secure the deployment/maintenance of the upselling solution across the company.
  • Auditing and Reporting – Define and run any relevant auditing / reporting processes required to support Upselling and RMS activities or any defined activities as part of RHG objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experienced of the revenue management environment (1-2 years experience with RMS is a plus). 
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical and analytical challenges with providers 
  • Project management, organization, and problem-solving skills with a drive for results and the ability to handle multiple tasks and teams.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Revenue management, Computer science or similar 

Minimum experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Revenue Management system, and/or Automation

Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, another language is a plus
