THE JOB:
The Revenue Distribution Trainee will support the Distribution team in executing commercial and revenue management strategies aimed at maximizing both direct and indirect revenue opportunities. The role also involves assisting with tasks that drive operational excellence within the customer contact center.
This is a multifunctional position, with the trainee potentially contributing across key areas of the Distribution team, including Contact Center, Distribution Optimization, and Distribution Systems. The role offers flexibility to move between these disciplines based on business needs.
The Revenue Distribution Trainee operates in a support capacity within the Commercial function, contributing to revenue optimization through effective distribution management and performance analysis. The role provides foundational exposure to regional commercial strategy and offers development potential within Revenue Management and Distribution career pathways.
Audits, Quality Management & Reporting – Including but not limited to:
· Conduct auditing and identify/report issues for timely resolution of external resource
· Perform call/email quality monitoring to ensure service standards are met
· Support the implementation and documentation of operational and system changes
· Reporting & Analytics
· Provide functional support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes
· Other general operational support as required
Distribution Optimization – Including but not limited to:
· Support the coordination and maintenance of distribution across all approved channels, including OTA, GDS, Call Center, Brand.com, and other designated platforms.
· Monitor rate parity, inventory allocation, and channel configuration to ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
· Assist in the implementation and documentation of distribution updates and commercial or system changes
· Provide hotel level support via our centralised ticketing system
Commercial Strategy Support - Including but not limited to:
· Support the implementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects including, but not limited to, new partner rollouts & distribution activities
Performance Monitoring – Including but not limited to:
· Monitor the connectivity related performance dashboards with the aim to support the optimization of the performance of connectivity across channels, including troubleshooting and sending partner maintenance spreadsheets.

· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
· Commercial awareness

· Problem solving ability
· Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Minimum education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in hospitality or Business Administration
· Fluent English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus
