Controllership Trainee

The financial traineeship role at RHG will focus on analytical support, dedicated to organizing and analysing information within the Controllership department to assist in business analysis. It will also play a key coordination role in data and cross-functional processes, providing exposure to various activities within controlling.

Key Accountabilities

·       Delivering month end tasks including but not limited to:

-        Cost reallocations

-        Data quality checks

-        Preparing recurring cost analysis and coordinating follow-ups with the business

-        Ad-hoc analysis as needed

·       Documentation of the workflows between different sub-functions in controllership department

·       Streamlining and organizing data inputs/reports for month-end closing, budget planning, and management meetings

·       Automatization of the data sources
