THE JOB: 

This position will support in the development and implementation of the business partnering function in Radisson. In this position the successful candidate will coordinate and develop actionable solutions based on multiple data sources to address key business needs and objectives. In collaboration with the rest of Business Intelligence function they will support insight and information delivery across the organization. This includes but is not limited to manage development projects of data models & dashboards in the BI Platform to support all business stakeholders. 

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • PMO of BI projects under his area of responsibility, being accountable of the proper coordination of all stakeholder. 
  • Design and implement a Data Analytics Framework to ensure a common and homogeneous analytics practice across the organization.
  • Report implementation - Create and maintain required BI reports and dashboards; work with the BI team to improve data quality & automatization; prototype new reports and BI solutions.
  • Insight creation and delivery to end-users. Strong drive for actionable data.
  • Will support others BI Business Partner in their duties, cross responsibilities, and ad-hoc analysis. 
  • Accountable of the correct implementation of corporate BI strategy. 
  • Provides coaching and training for end-users regarding the BI tools. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Laboral experience minimum 3 – 5 years.
  • Extensive experience of developing reports in SAP Analytic Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, knowledge of Angular is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse) and data exploitation technics.  Analytics background. 
  • Ability to deliver tactical solutions while managing different issues. 
  • Experience in data management projects (end-to-end information delivery with data warehousing, data modeling, data integration, data profiling, advance analytics and business). 
  • Experience with business intelligence project related to information lifecycle. 
  • Organized & effective - take a well-ordered, structured approached in task management. 
  • Strong influencing and communication skills. 
  • Critical thinker – ability understand the logical connections between ideas, identify, construct, and evaluate arguments. 
  • Think Strategically - foresee and take action to deal with problems and opportunities. 
  • Change Management - be an advocate for positive change and improvements. 
  • Motivated individual able to take projects from development to deployment. 
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all teams to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency. 
  • Communicates openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level. 
  • English proficiency. Spanish fluency will be an advantage.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
