Role purpose:
The Integrations Specialist plays a critical role in deploying, managing, and maintaining integration solutions that empower Radisson Hotel Group IT systems to drive operational efficiency and innovation:
a. Deploying and managing integration solutions to support operational growth and innovation.
b. Supporting the development, optimization, and maintenance of integration platforms.
c. Ensuring critical systems operate at peak performance and reliability.
d. Streamlining platform processes to enhance support and simplify deployment.
e. Building and maintaining an accurate and comprehensive integrations catalog.

Roles/Responsibilities: 1. Integration Management and Deployment · Design, deploy, and manage APIs within the MuleSoft ecosystem. · Provide post-deployment support, including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and issue resolution. 2. System Maintenance · Oversee the day-to-day management of the MuleSoft platform. · Support related systems and tools, including: · Swagger API documentation · MoveIT file transfer automation · Couchdrop SFTP · Linux SFTP · SAP CPI 3. Stakeholder Collaboration · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrations aligned with best practices and business objectives. · Serve as a primary point of contact for support teams addressing platform-related issues. 4. Documentation and Catalog Management · Build, manage, and update the integrations catalog to ensure it aligns with business requirements. · Maintain thorough documentation of integration processes and configurations to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing. 5. Compliance and Best Practices · Ensure integration deployments adhere to data security standards and industry regulations. · Stay informed on emerging technologies and integration methodologies to continuously improve systems and processes. Must have experience: • Proven experience in Java development, including API design, integration, and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with enterprise integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems. • Proficiency in Java frameworks commonly used for integration, such as Spring Boot, Apache Camel, or similar technologies.
Desirable experience: • Exposure to API management and integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway. • Familiarity with development tools and Devops technologies e.g. Maven, Git, Swagger, and Linux. • Understanding of enterprise architecture principles related to integrations. • Strong technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
On call needs: • Available for P1 support when needed. Soft skills: • Strategic thinking. • Problem solver. • Staying flexible in response to changing priorities or challenges. Minimum education: • Degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognized MuleSoft qualifications are preferable but not mandatory. Location: • Madrid Language skills: • Professional proficiency in English is required. |
