Description

The SAP C4C Manager with SDK and SAP CPI expertise is responsible for delivering comprehensive SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) solutions. This role entails implementing, customizing, and optimizing C4C applications while leveraging software development kits (SDK) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for seamless integration and enhanced functionality. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure the system, and support end-to-end processes within Sales, Service, and Marketing modules


Roles/Responsibilities:

Implementation & Support

• Configure, customize, and implement SAP C4C (Sales & Service) and SAP CRM solutions based on business requirements. 
• Integrate SAP C4C with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and third-party systems. 
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing solutions. 
• Develop and implement extensions and custom applications using the SAP C4C SDK to enhance the existing functionality. 
• Utilize SAP CPI to facilitate data integration between SAP C4C and other SAP or third-party applications, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. 
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to SAP C4C, SDK customizations, and CPI integrations. 
• Stay updated on the latest SAP C4C, SDK, and CPI developments to provide innovative solutions and recommendations. 

Business Process Analysis & Consulting 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into system solutions. 
• Provide expert advice on best practices for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) processes. 
• Design and document business processes, configurations, and workflows. 
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions using SDK and SAP CPI for integration purposes. 

Technical & Functional Expertise 

• Configure workflows, UI enhancements, and automation within SAP C4C and SAP CRM.
• Work with middleware tools like SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or PI/PO for integration. 
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP C4C Reporting & Embedded Analytics. 
• Design, configure, and customize SAP C4C applications, including setting up workflows, reports, and dashboards. 

Training & User Support 

• Conduct end-user training and create documentation for system processes. 
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for CRM and C4C solutions.

Job requirements and qualifications: 

Degrees:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• 4+ years of experience in SAP C4C implementation and support, specifically with hands-on experience in SDK and SAP CPI. 
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and practices. 
• Proven experience in developing custom applications using the C4C SDK and integrating with various systems using SAP CPI. 

Travel needs:
• Around 10%, primarily Brussels 

Skills:
• Proficient in SAP C4C configuration, including but not limited to sales, service, and marketing processes. 
• Strong programming skills, including knowledge of OData services, JavaScript, and HTML for SDK customization. 
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration tools and methodologies. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. 
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with various stakeholders 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong expertise in C4C configurations, business rules, workflows, and scripting. 
• Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or other middleware tools. 
• Understanding of ABAP, Fiori, UI5, and Web Services (REST, OData, SOAP) is a plus.

Spain based, preferably Madrid
