Description

Team Mission:

Our mission is to drive and support the digital transformation journey of Radisson Hotel Group by ensuring the stability, evolution, and optimization of our Business Operations (BO) applications in our standard SAP platform, EMMA (Every Moment Matters). As part of the broader IT landscape modernization, we focus on delivering reliable, scalable, and business-aligned application solutions—primarily focused on SAP Finance and related platforms. We are committed to transitioning innovation into operational excellence by supporting live services, enabling process automation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Through agile delivery and strong collaboration with our business stakeholders, we contribute directly to RHG’s strategic objectives and long-term success.

Role purpose:

We are looking for a technical expert and hands-on leader to take full ownership of support for the RHG Digital Payment platform. As the go-to person for any technical issue related to payment flows, integrations, or reconciliation, you will serve as the central point of contact across the company for ensuring seamless operation of our payment infrastructure.

This role demands strong experience working with payment service providers, acquirers, and orchestration platforms. You will act as the platform “guru” — solving problems, driving improvements, and enabling teams to deliver exceptional payment experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical operations of the RHG Digital Payment platform, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient payment processing across all channels.

Serve as the subject matter expert for payment systems, acting as the go-to resource for any technical inquiries or issues related to payment flows, integrations, and reconciliation.

Manage and resolve incidents involving payment failures, discrepancies, or integration errors in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Coordinate with payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and orchestration platforms to maintain robust and optimized connections that support evolving business needs.

Continuously monitor system health and performance metrics, identifying trends and implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime or transaction errors.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, finance, product, compliance) to support payment-related initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Oversee technical onboarding and certification processes for new payment methods or providers, ensuring adherence to industry standards such as PCI DSS, 3DS, and tokenization protocols.

Document payment infrastructure, including system architecture, technical configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines, to ensure knowledge transfer and operational resilience.

Recommend and implement platform enhancements, drawing on insights from issue patterns, team feedback, and industry developments to drive continuous improvement.

Stay current with payment industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, proactively advising the organization on strategic adjustments and innovation opportunities.

Accountabilities:

·       Own the end-to-end support and technical performance of RHG Digital Payment platform, ensuring high availability and reliability

·       Act as the primary point of contact for all technical issues related to payment flows, integrations, and reconciliation processes

·       Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and anomalies across the payment ecosystem, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners

·       Work directly with payment service providers, acquirers, and orchestration platforms to maintain and optimize integrations

·       Proactively monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure a seamless and scalable payment experience

·       Define and track key payment performance KPIs and proactively address issues related to latency, success rates, and data mismatches.

·       Drive initiatives to improve authorization rates, optimize routing logic, and reduce payment costs across channels.

·       Identify and mitigate risks related to fraud, tokenization, 3DS, and other payment security measures

·       Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and incident resolutions

·       Drive platform enhancements by gathering cross-functional feedback and translating it into actionable technical solutions

·       Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in digital payments to inform platform strategy
