Radisson Hotel Group will implement EMMA in its hotels, and we are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to assist the Hotels offering support before, during and after implementations.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Guide and support properties before, during, and after system synchronization by gathering key information, configuring system parameters, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to provide guidance, recommendations, and best practices on system usage.
• Lead the resolution of issues and system bugs identified during and after system synchronizations, including throughout the Hypercare phase.
• Ensure successful, timely delivery of activities in alignment with project calendars, milestones, and department deadlines.
• Provide operational support across internal workstreams, including PSB, Configuration, Live Loading, Hypercare, and POSM.
• Support the Implementation team during the go-live week, performing required adjustments to hotel configurations and ensuring system readiness for operations.
• Travel as needed to support key phases and initiatives, such as Hypercare, task forces, rollouts, and operational on-site support.
• Assist the Above Property Manager upon request, ensuring execution of ad-hoc activities, validations, and business support requirements.

• SAP-TMS/EMMA softwares
• OPERA knowledge

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor degree
• Minimum experience: 2-3 years
• Language skills: Fluency in English is a must
• Required to travel: Occasionally
• Spain based, preferably Madrid
