Role purpose:
The Director of IT SAP Infrastructure provides strategic, architectural, and operational leadership for the SAP ecosystems of Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) and Louvre Hotels Group (LHG), ensuring they remain simple, scalable, resilient, and technologically up to date. With significant strategic relevance and financial impact, this role drives the definition, rollout, and end-to-end management of IT products and solutions that underpin both Groups’ digital business strategies, particularly within Operations.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include safeguarding the performance, availability, and maintainability of SAP platforms; evaluating and optimizing changes to the production environment to ensure they deliver stability, efficiency, and measurable business value; and ensuring coherent integration with external systems to maintain a unified and scalable architecture across RHG and LHG.
As a bridge between technology, business stakeholders, and third-party partners, the Director ensures that external deliverables align with the five-year strategic plans and transformation agendas of both Groups. Through innovation, operational excellence, and strong governance, this role enables seamless integration across SAP and non-SAP applications, positioning RHG and LHG’s SAP ecosystems as technically robust, agile, and sustainable foundations for global operations and long-term growth.
