Graphic Design Internship – Radisson Hotel Group

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to join our Creative Service Desk (CSD) team.

This internship offers a valuable opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience within a leading international hospitality company.

Location: Madrid.

Duration: Minimum 6 months.

Contract: Internship agreement with university is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide direct support to the Graphic Designer in the team in the execution of day-to-day creative tasks.

· Assist in the design and development of visual assets for digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

· Collaborate in the production of marketing materials, social media content, internal communication pieces, presentations, and branding projects.

· Help maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute with fresh ideas and creative input.

· Prepare working files according to team standards and workflows.

Candidate Profile:

· Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; After Effects is a plus).

· Strong sense of design, composition, typography, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

· Fluent / Professional level of English (written and spoken).

· Creativity, initiative, and a proactive attitude are highly valued.
