POSITION SUMMARY
As an Event & Communication Trainee, you’ll support the planning and execution of major corporate events like the Revenue Strategy Days, assist with internal and external communications. This role offers hands-on experience, exposure to strategic projects, and the chance to work in a dynamic, international environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Revenue Strategy Days event:
Every year, we organize our RSD convention, which brings together all the members of our Commercial team Next year, this major meeting will take place on February 3rd-6th 2026 and will gather about 600 attendees.
- Assist in the overall organization including but not limited to accommodation, conference facilities, evening venues and coordination with a local agency.
- Participant and Speaker Management: Assist in managing communications with conference participants and speakers, including sending invitations, coordinating travel arrangements, and responding to queries.
- Website, App and Promotion Support: Contribute to the promotion of the event by helping prepare marketing materials, social media content, and email campaigns to attract attendees, speakers and sponsors.
- Venue and Supplier Coordination: Work with local suppliers, venues, and service providers in Riga to manage bookings, and coordinate logistics, ensuring all arrangements align with event requirements.
- Collaboration with Team Members: Work closely with the event organization team, providing regular updates, attending planning meetings, and supporting other team members to ensure all tasks are on track.
- On-Site Logistics and Setup: Support the setup and coordination of on-site logistics during the conference, including registration, event signage, and technical arrangements, ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees.
- Post-Event Assistance: Assist with post-event activities, including collecting feedback from attendees, organizing post-conference materials, and helping prepare the final report.
· Communication & Brand Building
- Contribute to internal and external communication initiatives
- Develop and engage our LinkedIn community, creating relevant and high-impact content to strengthen visibility and employer branding.
- Design and implement communication plans to promote key company events and initiatives.
- Create communication materials and visual assets (presentations, newsletters, videos, event, etc.) to support projects and events.
· Event Planning
- Assist in organizing key corporate events, such as The Club Summer Camp, internal office gatherings, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate logistics and communication before, during, and after events, ensuring smooth execution and memorable participant experiences.
- Support post-event evaluation, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
· You must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship (Traineeship Agreement required), preferably in Project Management, Business or Hospitality or Economics with good academic results.
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
· You have strong organisational, analytical skills.
· You have the ability to transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging learning materials.
· You are fluent in English both written and spoken, another European language is a plus.
· You are a team player and a good communicator. You can handle the ability to work remotely.
· And be eligible to work in the European Union (internship based in Madrid).
