Job Description

Dates:                  Starting January 2026 (6 months)

The Club by RHG

Welcome to The Club, Radisson Hotel Group’s center of excellence for commercial discipline. Operating like a mini-company within the global structure, The Club offers high-impact, value-added commercial services to hotels — including Revenue Management, Sales, M&E, and Digital Optimization.

Think of The Club as a collaborative, agile lab where strategy meets execution, and ideas become tangible results. It’s a place where commercial talent across the globe comes together to explore every revenue stream, unlock growth potential, and drive meaningful impact using cutting-edge technology.

As part of Radisson Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest hotel groups with over 1,400 hotels in 120+ countries, The Club benefits from the reach of a global brand with an agile organization and innovative spirit.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is not your typical internship.

Join us as a Commercial Transformation Trainee and become an integral part of our Commercial Transformation team.

You’ll be exposed to the core of our business operations — working alongside senior leaders to drive strategic projects, improve internal processes, and elevate both internal and external communication initiatives. From supporting the expansion of The Club to optimizing communication channels and onboarding new hotel partners, you'll gain firsthand experience in managing and scaling a growing business unit within a multinational organization.

This opportunity is ideal for someone curious, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, highly international environment. The internship duration should be at least 6 months, with longer periods encouraged for deeper involvement and development.

·       Commercial Projects Support

-        Assist in contracting and onboarding new hotel members.

-        Help design visually engaging presentations for meetings and pitches.

-        Process Optimization: Help design and implement smarter operational workflows.

-        Contribute to end-to-end project management: planning, stakeholder coordination, and execution.

-        Support documentation, reporting, and follow-ups related to commercial initiatives.

·       Pricing & Analytical Support

-        Assist with pricing-related projects by gathering data, performing analysis, and preparing insights to support strategic decisions.

-        Help evaluate pricing models and identify opportunities for optimization across segments.

-        Conduct market studies and prepare analytics to assess feasibility and impact.

-        Build business cases and evaluate ROI for new commercial initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

·       Exposure to executive-level decision-making and strategic initiatives

·       Hands-on experience in project management and business optimization

·       Opportunity to shape the communication strategy of a fast-scaling business unit

·       A high level of responsibility from day one, with strong mentorship and guidance

·       An international work environment where creativity, curiosity, and collaboration are celebrated

By joining the commercial transformation team, you will be part of an incredibly international, diverse team with lots of passion for their work and a common goal: getting results.

WHO YOU ARE

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual who thrives in a highly innovative, multicultural environment.
