­­­Business Solutions Specialist – Meetings & Events (m/f/d)

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering our global MICE teams across our Leased, Managed, and Franchise Hotels by driving the adoption, performance, and continuous improvement of our Meetings & Events (M&E) systems and tools.

This global role spans multiple regions — from Europe to the Middle East and Africa — and is central to Radisson Hotel Group’s digital transformation within Meetings & Events. You will ensure our systems, content, and connectivity platforms operate at the highest standards, enabling hotels to respond swiftly, efficiently, and professionally to M&E inquiries.

Your Key Focus: Connectivity & System Enablement

We are currently onboarding 55 external partners who will send RFPs and instant bookings directly into our Central Reservation System (CRS).

You will oversee and support the end-to-end system readiness for our M&E Club Hotels and additional franchised and managed properties, ensuring:

  • Accurate, high-quality content across all connected platforms
  • Seamless system configuration and maintenance
  • Contract follow-up and alignment with hotel teams
  • Professional representation of our hotels across all portals

This position requires strong accuracy, precision, and a result-oriented mindset, especially when managing contracts, system configuration, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Business Solutions Specialist, you will:

  • Ensure high-quality, consistent, and centrally maintained content across external RFP and instant booking platforms.
  • Support and drive the rollout of connectivity projects with 55+ external partners.
  • Follow up on contracts, system subscriptions, and product adoption with hotel stakeholders.
  • Ensure CRS content for Meetings & Events is accurate and fully aligned with connected platforms.
  • Provide expert support to hotel teams and guide them in adopting and working effectively with Business Solutions systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear and user-friendly training materials, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Contribute to ongoing Business Solutions initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and system optimization.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert for M&E systems, ensuring smooth integration across the Radisson ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Meetings & Events, Sales, or Revenue Management within hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Catering or CRM systems (e.g., SAP Sales Cloud, Opera, TMS).
  • High level of accuracy and precision, essential for system configuration and contract follow-up.
  • A result-oriented approach — you focus on achieving the outcome, not just completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple parallel priorities.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Passion for improving user experience through technology.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong plus.
