The People & Culture Business Partner for Saudi Arabia is a strategic role responsible for aligning P&C practices and driving organizational effectiveness and fostering a positive work culture.  This role will provide People & Culture operational and functional support to Hotels in KSA and the RHG Regional office in Riyadh

Key Responsibilities of the People & Culture Business Partner KSA:

  • In collaboration with Area P&C Team, managing the Talent Acquisition process for KSA office and KSA General Managers including but not limited to posting jobs, screening CVs etc.
  • Driving local area recruitment needs and events with focus on Saudization and Women in Leadership
  • Work closely with Area P&C Team for trainings, new courses to be implemented in the KSA office and Saudi Hotels.
  • Assist Area P&C Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of all compensation and benefit processes
  • Collaborate with hotels to facilitate the timely and accurate updating of data, offering support in the process and ensuring the accuracy of compensation data.
  • Partner with P&C Team to implement and follow up on performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans etc.
  • Administer the P&C process for Pre-onboarding of Saudi office employees including but not limited to  preparing bench, offer letters and employment contracts, work permits, onboarding, workday hiring etc
  • Work closely with the GRO to issue visas/Iqama for the employees monitor the portal to maintain the Saudization quota and advise accordingly. 

Requirements of the   People & Culture Business Partner KSA:

  •  Proven 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on HR business partnering and working in Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and highly analytical.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with business leaders.
  • Results-oriented and able to drive HR initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
