Role Outline:
· The Strategic Sourcing Analyst MEA & South Asia will support our fast-evolving Strategic Sourcing synergies and leveraging activities across the various Middle East, Africa and South Asia markets. He / she will work within RHG Corporate Strategic Sourcing Organization, reporting to the Senior Director Strategic Sourcing Middle East, Africa and South Asia and will be based in Dubai, UAE.
· The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will perform fact based, data driven analysis, and modelling on significant amounts of data across all procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain functions, therefore is expected to have excellent capabilities in using advanced analytical, statistical, data optimization and reporting tools to support our Market-Focused synergies and leveraging activities.
· This is a key support function which will enable the delivery of financial and non-financial benefits while ensuring compliance with RHG Strategic Sourcing Policy and Processes, therefore a fast-paced, multi-dimensional role.
· The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will also undergo extensive training and coaching on hospitality, procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain aspects principles and application within Radisson Hotel Group.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a member of the Corporate Strategic Sourcing Team and contribute actively to the strategic transformation of the function within RHG in MEA & South Asia with a primary focus on data analytics, reporting tools and systems.
· Gather, consolidate, organize, and analyse market-specific controllable spend data from various sources to demonstrate meaningful findings with the aim of identifying synergies and leveraging opportunities within and across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia.
· Support supply needs and research the market for potential suppliers.
· Assist in the preparation of E-Sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) as well as project approval, contracting and reporting documentation.
· Analyse commercial proposals and associated Sourcing Value Contribution from potential agreements including invoice savings, cost avoidance and other financial and quality improvement opportunities.
· Maintain up-to-date tracking of contracted vendors performance using data automation to prepare regular reports on contract utilization and other KPIs.
· Support the Pre-Opening Process for RHG portfolio with enrolment and onboarding into the relevant Platforms and Tools.
· Maintain confidential information related to procurement activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Good command of written and verbal business communication in English is a must.
· Knowledge of a second language is a plus (Arabic or French).
· Minimum 3 years work experience consolidating, organizing, and analysing large data sets.
· Advanced knowledge and application of MS Excel, Power Query, MS Access, Power BI and other data management, analytics, reporting and visualization tools is a must.
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other relevant fields is a plus.
· FMCG or hospitality procurement background is a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Natural sense of organization, effective planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and objectives.
· Ability to work cohesively as part of a team but also alone.
· Highly responsible & reliable.
