We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Revenue Optimization, MEA to join our vibrant team at the RHG Area Support Office in Dubai. Skills and Experience:   As a Regional Director of Revenue Optimization, MEA, you bring a high level of strategic acumen, a goal-driven approach, and a deep commitment to optimizing revenue streams to our dynamic Revenue Management Team. Your expertise and passion for maximizing profitability will be invaluable in steering our revenue strategies to new heights.

 

  • Supports the smooth running of the revenue management department, where all aspects of the hotel’s reservations and meeting & events enquiries are managed and handled
  • Works proactively to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution
  • Develops and implements strategies where key revenue management metrics are identified, communicated and delivered
  • Effectively manages the life cycle of the team within the department, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance
  • Responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Reviews and scrutinizes the business performance, providing recommendations that will drive financial performance
  • Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as requested

Qualities We Seek in Our Regional Director of Revenue Optimization, MEA:  
  

  • Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
  • An eye for detail
  • Min 5-7 years of revenue management experience in previous regional/district roles and various countries within Middle East and Africa region.
  • Excellent managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
  • Previous experience of managing direct reports/teams is required as the role is impactful to grow our revenue talents
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations 
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
  • Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Likes having fun at work.
