Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Localization:
- Full transition to local IT solutions for corporate office and hotels, including replacement of international platforms (e.g., cloud services, CRM, analytics systems) with Russian equivalents.
- Integration of local solutions with Radisson Hotel Group’s global systems (e.g., booking platforms, guest and employees data management, ERP).
- Deployment and implementation of RHG’s corporate IT tools, adapted to meet Russian market requirements.
2. Compliance Project Management:
- Organizing processes for collecting, storing, and processing personal data in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ (including data localization on Russian servers).
- Implementing data protection systems, monitoring compliance with Roskomnadzor requirements, and preparing audit documentation.
- Training employees on personal data handling regulations.
3. Coordination with International Teams:
- Collaborating with RHG’s global IT department on standards, updates, and solution integration.
- Managing vendors and contractors (including international partners).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Professional Experience:
- 7+ years in IT infrastructure management for international companies (preferably in hospitality or related industries).
- Proven experience in IT system localization (migration from international to Russian platforms, e.g., replacing Google Analytics with Yandex.Metrica, implementing local CRM).
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Law No. 152 “On Personal Data,” GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
2. Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in cloud solutions, ERP systems, and guest data management platforms (PMS).
- Experience with RHG’s tools or readiness to master corporate systems knowledge.
- Ability to implement cybersecurity measures and data backup protocols.
3. Language and Soft Skills:
- Fluent English (C1+ level) for negotiations with international teams and technical documentation.
- Cross-functional project and budget management skills (budgets starting at 50 million RUB).
- Leadership qualities: experience building IT teams and motivating employees during transformation.
