Human Resources Information Systems Specialist

We are now looking for a Human Resources Information System Specialist to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group.

The role:

 

The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Specialist is responsible for the support and maintenance of Radisson’s HR systems including the Learning Management, Recruitment & Human Capital Management Systems. The HRIS Specialist is charged with processing employee data, generating HR-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrity and accuracy.


The HRIS Specialist will be responsible to drive the seamless running of the HR Systems implementation & operations:

 

· Delivers routine reporting and responds to data requests.

· Conducts data analysis on HR data  as directed

·  Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations

·  Coordinates, schedules and tracks progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions.

·  Acts as primary contact for assigned function with outside organizations or other departments

·  Responds to technical administrative questions and ensures necessary follow-up within HRIS.

·  Executes and coordinates meetings, conferences, workshops, appointments, and/or special events.

·  Prepares or directs preparation of minutes, notices, manuals, agendas, and correspondence with all supporting documentation.

·  Research and coordinate together with HR- Business Partners and vendors within the Nordics and implement new integrations.

· Creates and implements Standard Operating procedures

· Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations

· Acts as administrator & Super user of all HRIS

· Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data, maintains data systems and databases and assures information is available
