We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Manager Client Acquisition to join our vibrant team at Radisson Hotel Group. About the Role:  
As the Senior Sales Manager Client Acquisition, you infuse our dynamic Sales Team with an unparalleled level of strategic vision, a results-driven mindset, and an unwavering passion for elevating customer interactions. Your role as a leader is pivotal in steering our sales efforts to new heights, and your ambition sets the tone for achieving exceptional outcomes. 

  • To research, identify and establish new business sales contacts, develop relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients
  • To develop and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across the cluster/region/area/theatre Identify needs and translate into revenue opportunities for defined Sales Club Hotels (incl. 3rd party) 
  • To undertake regular meetings and activities with managed accounts and ensure they have the knowledge to grow business and revenues
  • To agree marketing activity to underpin the account strategies and deliver increased customer / market share activity monitors progress on a timely basis 
  • To ensure regular communication with clients to deliver key messages and support the hotels as/when required 
  • To organise and host client events and familiarisation trips, to enhance relationship and build client knowledge
  • To demonstrate a growth in production revenues and market share with account base, focused on total profitable revenue (in relationship with RevOps)
  • To ensure all activities are recorded within all accounts via CRM on weekly basis 
  • To participate in industry networking events and maximise membership within industry associations 
  • To stay on top of industry trends, news, competitor activities and update the team accordingly 

Qualities We Seek in Our Senior Sales Manager Client Acquisition:  

  • Ability to take a wider view without losing sight of short-term priorities 
  • Capacity to develop acquisition strategies to create add. Revenue streams 
  • Keeps on top of changes in the industry & markets focused on changing technology, booking trends and distribution development 
  • Has good analytical skills for understanding and communicating account performance 
  • Strong relationship builder 
  • Can adapt plans quickly in face of changing demands/circumstances 
  • Strong negotiation skills to support overall goals and strategy 
  • Has got a passion to sell, close deals and deliver results 
  • Motivated by tough sales targets 
  • Can work without direct supervision 
  • Role model of integrity who treat people with respect 

Qualifications:

  • 7-8 years of Account Management experience within the hospitality, travel or service related industries 
  • Excellent written and verbal English, additional languages preferable 
  • University degree at bachelor level or equivalent
