The key responsibilities of the Manager, Development & Analysis at Radisson Hotel Group is as follows:
- Handle the corporate assessment of new hotel
projects and underwriting, including review and assessment of feasibility,
ensuring due diligence and compliance with internal governance & rules of
engagement to ensure procedures are followed and new projects are aligned with
development strategy.
- Drive & support the assessment of financial
commitments (investments, contingent liabilities, loans, key money etc.) to
ensure risks & benefits meet company policy and strategy.
- Provide
analysis & business intelligence on our existing portfolio, its evolution
and performance, and provide regular updates on the implementation of our 5y
strategy plan and monitor our committed contracts on a regular basis.
- Keep
track of contract & portfolio management, provide support and selectively
take charge for contract & portfolio management deals.
- Responsible for ad-hoc projects for CDO and Direct
Supervisor. Take charge of performance analysis related tasks concerning the
Business Development department and special strategic projects to grow the
portfolio profitably in the future.
