Be an integral part of the RB Team and support the corporate, regional,
and hotel RB teams with projects and monitoring, closely work with the team to
maintain and grow Radisson Hotel Group’s leading position in RB and assist in
RB annual reporting.
DURATION: 6 months
GENERAL TASKS
- Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of
RB Initiatives
- Regularly report progress to Director
Responsible Business
- Supports with the coordination of the RB network.
- Assist with the preparation and implementation
of RB activities.
INTERNAL AWARENESS AND COMMUNICATION
- Create input for internal communication
channels i.e. MyRadisson and RB Newsletter
- Maintain and support the RB community.
- Ensure RB-related information is kept up to
date.
- Enable and encourage employees to provide
their RB ideas and inputs to the RB team.
- Attend RB meetings for regional RB coordinators.
- Assist with the creation of RB collateral and
distribution of the RB collateral for the hotels.
- Assist in the application for relevant awards
/ recognitions for hotels and for the group.
- Setup and manage Think Team
for corporate office.
REPORTING
- Assist in the monthly reporting process for
Think Planet data.
- Assist in the annual reporting process for
hotels.
