REPORTING: Director Asset Management
DURATION: 6-12 months
OBJECTIVE:
To support the Asset Management team in conducting market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and managing analytical and administrative tasks within the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects, including financial projections for properties across Europe.
· Review investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations to assess project profitability.
· Conduct market research and compile business intelligence for various regional markets.
· Assist in the preparation of project approval documents and respond to various information requests.
· Support corporate asset management tasks, including portfolio reporting and ad-hoc performance analysis.
· Provide assistance on special strategic projects and initiatives, such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.
· Maintain and update databases, responding to related requests and inquiries.
· Prepare presentations and materials for building owner meetings, conferences, and internal committees.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Eligible to work in Belgium.
· Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills.
· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modelling.
· Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
· Understanding and working knowledge of financial concepts and statements.
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
· Understanding of and ability to apply principles of corporate finance.
