Description

The Radisson Hotel Group is present in over 95 countries all across the world, with a pipeline of 1.500 hotels and a team of almost 100.000 colleagues. In general, we consider ourselves a hospitality company made by people for people, and we are very proud to share 7 global culture believes, which are the heart and soul of the company, and those are the following ones:

  • We deliver memorable moments every day, everywhere, every time.
  • We enjoy serving with our “Yes I Can!” spirit.
  • We grow talent, talent grows us.
  • We are many minds, with one mindset.
  • We value open and direct interactions to build trust.
  • We believe anything is possible.
  • We have fun in all that we do.

We are also very proud to be the largest hotel company in Asia, China and East-Africa, and the fifth largest hotel group in Europe. But those are not the only numbers that matter to us. We are also very much committed to making this world a better place and we have been active in responsible business since 1989. Just to give you some examples for that, we have reduced our energy and water footprint by 30% in the last decade, and we are very proud to work closely together with SOS Children’s Villages, which has provided save drinking water to more than 25.000 people.
