Description
To support the growth of the Chinese market, Radisson Hotel Group is looking for an experienced, motivated and driven professional looking to take on the challenge of raising brand awareness of Radisson Hotel Group within the Chinese community in Frankfurt & Brussels (or any other country/city), growing the Chinese market and expanding the company profile to its true potential.

The Ambassador for China will be responsible for raising brand awareness between key stakeholders and increasing sales, as well as maintaining and developing business relationships with existing and potential customers. He/she will facilitate relations with key institutions such as Government, Ambassadors, Consulates, Chambers of Commerce, Tourism Boards and key associations and major corporations at the highest level. This means he/she will need to be familiar with established protocol in China, EMEA, APAC and US, and able to host or collaborate in the organization of high-quality events of the Group in China or any other country targeted towards Chinese stakeholders.

The Ambassador will be actively responsible for developing market and product knowledge, managing and expanding accounts, and implementing sales contracts. He/she will be required to identify and pursue opportunities to promote the hotel and its services to relevant clients in the Chinese market.

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing an existing portfolio of clients and for introducing new clients to the hotel.
- Identify research and develop new clients in the local & international market.
- Achieves budgeted goals by executing activities within market segment.
- Work with and interact with all hotel departments regarding hotel products and services provided to clients. Maximize the guests experience & secure repeat business.
- Conducts on-site client inspections and entertainment as part of the role when required & measure by appointment targets.
- Develops plans, special sales activities & promotions to support hotel & drive revenue.
- Liaise with Global Sales Team in the Radisson Hotel Group to ensure appropriate contact and activity is implemented with National/Global account.
- Communicates guests’ requests to all departments in an effective and timely manner.
- Proactively propose or actively lead the organization of high-quality events in China or for Chinese clients and prospects within the Group.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in International Sales.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese. Other languages will be a plus.

- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy.
- Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Outstanding sales skills.
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment.
- An open, positive and communicative personality.
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments.
- Excellent understanding of the Chinese culture and events protocol.
- Experience in hosting events in both China and EMEA, APAC and US.
