Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world is looking for a trainee for the Brand & Guest Experience Corporate Department.
DURATION: 6 months starting in JANUARY/FEBRUARY
THE JOB:
The Brand and Guest Experience Trainee supports all the team members from the Brands & Guest Experience department. This means the trainee will support and be involved in projects on Global and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) level. The different areas within the team work together to ensure that the departments goals are reached and continuously improved., The Brand & Guest Experience team strives to evolve and validate the brand architecture and brand strategy and ensure the experience for each brand is relevant to operating environment at all times, and always in line with RHG’s strategic 5-year plan.
To support the team, the trainee will be involved in a variety of tasks, such as the development of the brand standards, conducting market research, creating competitive benchmarking reports, tracking the departments progress and annual budget, organising meetings between the department and important stakeholders and lastly lead ad-hoc customer experience design projects for each brand.
