Based in Belgium |  Global Scope | 6-Month Paid Internship | Starts August – September 2025

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a forward-thinking intern eager to dive into data, enhance brand performance, and elevate hotel experiences across 700+ global properties. If you're fluent in English, skilled in Excel, and excited about the intersection of data and hospitality, this internship is your gateway to real-world impact.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze Voice of Guest data (surveys & online reviews) to uncover trends and pinpoint improvement areas.
  • Visualize performance using tools like Excel & PowerPoint to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in onboarding hotels onto brand audit & guest experience platforms.
  • Track and report monthly Quality KPIs and year-end achievements.
  • Collaborate across teams to boost brand equity and optimize operations.

  • Have a passion for data and analytics, especially in hospitality or customer experience.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Are an Excel wizard with a knack for storytelling through numbers.
  • Are a proactive, flexible team player with a global mindset.
  • The candidate must hold EU nationality, if candidate already studying and living in Belgium but a non-EU citizen, application will be still considered for further screening of eligibility for the role.
