You now have an opportunity to use your skills to support the experience development and quality management of 700+ hotels, positively improving the experience of millions of guests globally though the traineeship offered in our Global Quality, Brand Standards and Implementation team.
DURATION: 6 months
START DATE: August 2025
THE JOB:
As a trainee, your main responsibilities are to understand the structure of the business data sources, look through the numbers, and deliver meaningful insights for a wide variety of experience and quality projects on the Global level. The end goals are to ensure hotel quality, leverage brand equity, drive awareness and increase the efficiencies of marketing spend.
Besides the main focus on data management and analytics, you also have the opportunities to participate in other brand compliance & quality projects that will help develop your communication, project management and presentation skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A SUCCESFUL TRAINEE:
§ The candidate must hold EU nationality, if candidate already studying and living in Belgium but a non-EU citizen, application will be still considered for further screening of eligibility for the role.
§ Has to be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
§ Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
§ Has Clear and concise communication skills
§ Is a Microsoft Office expert user. (Excel and PowerPoint)
§ Is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
§ Is flexible, proactive and has a can-do attitude.
§ Is customer-oriented and is interested in the hospitality industry.
§ Is a team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different (internal and external) stakeholders at all levels.
