Radisson Hotel Group, one of the fastest-growing international hotel groups, continues to expand its footprint across Türkiye with a strong and diverse portfolio of brands. As part of this growth journey, we are looking for a Director of Sales, Türkiye to lead revenue growth, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive market share across our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable revenue and market share growth across all segments and brands in the region
  • Own and develop key strategic accounts, creating long-term partnerships and added value for both clients and hotels
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to hotels, ensuring alignment between market strategy and hotel needs
  • Lead inbound and outbound business development activities for the region
  • Represent Radisson Hotel Group at industry events, trade shows, and key client meetings
  • Support new hotel openings and priority hotels with focused commercial action plans
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including Revenue, Marketing, and Analytics teams
  • Use CRM and sales systems to manage pipeline, performance, and reporting

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in hospitality, travel, or a related industry
  • Experience in account management, negotiation, and consultative selling
  • Proven track record of driving sales and managing key accounts specifically within the Türkiye hospitality market
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, distribution channels, and commercial strategy
  • Ability to build credibility with both external clients and hotel leadership teams
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
  • Fluency in English and native-level Turkish are required
