Your Mission
As Franchise Services Manager, you'll act as the key liaison between RHG and our franchise hotels. You'll consult, support, and advise hotel teams to optimize performance, ensure brand compliance, and drive revenue growth. With a great portfolio of franchised hotels, you'll play a crucial role in developing strong relationships, fostering engagement, and delivering value across multiple stakeholders.

- Regularly analyze and assess revenue performance for each hotel or portfolio, including distribution, CRM, and e-commerce. You will advise hotels on strategies to leverage sales and marketing resources, and interact with portfolio/multiple-property owners on a quarterly basis to report and follow up on necessary actions. At the local level, you’ll act as a facilitator to support hotels in aligning with the brand’s commercial strategy.
- Support hotels in evaluating distribution channels and intermediary opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand standards and standard operating procedures. You will also review new hotels’ pricing strategies during pre-opening or conversion and help establish their business plans.
- Manage collaboration with various RHG Corporate Support Office (CSO) departments, including Distribution & Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, People Development, IT, Safety & Security, and Responsible Business.
- Monitor consistency of product and service by overseeing compliance with the Brilliant Basics, conducting Quality Performance Reviews (QPR), and tracking Management Action Plans (MAP). You will also monitor GRI results and guest feedback via ReviewPro.
- Work closely with the Brand team to ensure that franchise hotels comply with RHG brand standards. You will also follow up on Property Improvement Plans during refurbishments and support ad hoc projects.
- Collaborate with the CSO Revenue Generation team and other CSO functions to ensure that franchisees’ needs are communicated and supported effectively.
- Identify learning and development opportunities for hotels and organize relevant online or in-person training and workshops. You’ll also provide administrative support to the Franchise Services Director and/or Managing Director as needed.
You will be responsible for overseeing the assigned fee income (including Royalty, Marketing, Incentive, and other fees) of your hotel portfolio. You will monitor payments and support the Franchise Receivables team in following up on any outstanding balances.
