Director of Sales – Northern Norway

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Director of Sales leads, coaches and manages the sales team of Northern Norway to secure the commercial delivery from the segments corporate
transient, meetings & events, governmental business, leisure and air crew to
our hotels in the northern region.
In this role you will be responsible for all business generation of your team’s
assigned portfolio of accounts, including own client portfolio. You will make
sure you understand the needs of each hotel within your area of responsibility
in order to develop and implement a sales strategy to meet their needs. You are
a key sales support and communicator for key internal stakeholders and to wider
(commercial) stakeholders to support the commercial strategy within the
company. You will be working in partnership with other revenue generation
functions.
The position is based in Trondheim. However, are you based in Bodø or Tromsø area and poses the right skills and qualifications and wish to apply for the job, but not able to relocate, you will be taken into consideration as well.
