As we expand our footprint in the region, we are seeking a forward-thinking IT leader to support technology operations across multiple assets.


Position Overview

We are looking for a Cluster Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee the IT strategy and operations. This strategic role involves ensuring optimal performance of all technology systems, driving digital transformation, ensuring cybersecurity readiness, and supporting the commercial and operational goals of the hotels under your care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily IT operations and infrastructure for within the cluster.
  • Ensure all systems are compliant with Radisson standards, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate the rollout and maintenance of IT systems, property management systems (PMS), POS, and guest technologies.
  • Lead IT planning for pre-openings, renovations, or upgrades.
  • Manage IT budgets, procurement, licensing, vendor relationships, and contracts.
  • Ensure disaster recovery, data protection, and cybersecurity policies are implemented and maintained as per standard.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for critical IT incidents, escalating to corporate teams where needed.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain system integrity and compliance.
  • Support team training and capacity building for IT-related competencies.
  • Serve as the primary IT liaison between hotel team and Radisson’s corporate technology division.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years in IT leadership roles within the hospitality industry, ideally in a cluster or multi-property capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, back-office applications) and Microsoft server/network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, data privacy, and local compliance standards.
  • Excellent project management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working within an international hotel brand is a plus.
