Key Responsibilities:
Sales Department:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales
presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
with client information, leads, and sales data.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients, providing
information and routing requests to the appropriate sales team member.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize and coordinate sales events,
trade shows, and client visits.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and
support decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, including
brochures, promotional materials, and online content.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing
calendars, and maintaining sales documentation.
- Ensure that all sales-related information and documents are up-to-date
and readily accessible
Marketing Department:

Liaising with all team members (internal or external) to organise photo and video shoots based on a monthly content plan.

Daily posting on social media and Google My Business.

Creating and executing a monthly story posting plan.

Taking photos and videos for stories' posts.

Organising monthly competitions on social media.

Communicating with target audiences and building and developing customer
relationships. Responding to all incoming messages on social media in a timely
manner.
- Tracking social media performance and preparing weekly updates for
management.
- Copywriting and conceptualising flyers, posters, brochures, menus, press
releases and articles.

Creating brand collaterals.

Co-organising, and representing the marketing team at events and covering
the event for social media.

Researching and contacting influencers and press publications for
potential hotel collaborations.
- Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of
marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programs.
- Ensuring the distribution of internal and external marketing materials
and communications.

Understanding and maintaining the hotel brands in all marketing
initiatives and campaigns.

Developing relationships with and working alongside internal or
external creative teams, marketing agencies, other hotel departments, suppliers,
and contractors to effectively promote sales or brand awareness through
bespoke marketing campaigns
Requirements of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator:
- Previous experience with the same role is essential.
- The ability to use software packages including Office 365, META
Business Manager, and video editing tools.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities, coupled with the
ability to simultaneously control various projects and campaigns.
- Fluent
in English (language), both spoken and written - Arabic language is essential but not neccassary.,
