Lead Creative Engineering aka Engineering Supervisor

WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Lead Creative aka Supervisor to join our incREDible Engineering team here @Radisson RED

What we expect from you:

·    Assists Chief Engineer in the day to day operation

·    Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the maintenance and repair functions of the R&M, HLP and Plant Section

·    Assures implementation of policies, standards and procedures for:

         Ø  Energy conservation and control.

         Ø  Water and sewage quality control.

         Ø  Fire prevention and other life safety programs.

         Ø  Effective plant preventive and routine maintenance.

         Ø  Operation and control of plant and equipment.

         Ø  Energy management systems and procedures.

         Ø  Inspection and staff supervision.

         Ø  Appearance and housekeeping of plant rooms and all equipment rooms.

·     Determines optimal operating efficiencies and take necessary corrective measures when variances from standards are excessive  through logs and utility data.

·      Supports and initiate Programs for the improvement procedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs.

·      Analysis and monitors energy costs and expenditures for the Department.

·      Recommends to the Chief Engineer, new policies and procedures for a more economical operation and maintenance programs.

·       Participates in the preparation of the annual Budget.

·       Attends engineering departmental meetings.

·       Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

·       Ensures the smooth operation of equipment and machinery

·       Maintains equipment and machinery record system for the property.

·       Participates in conducting fire prevention training programs.

·       Determines programs for routine plant preventive maintenance and its implementation.

·       Ensures Hotels repair and maintenance order system is in accordance with Policy and Procedure.

·       Responsible for material selection and purchase

·        Checking daily attendance sheets and attendance posting

·         Distributing Maintenance orders

·         Maintains all equipment record files 

·         Monitors all preventive maintenance work carried out into equipment record cards and equipment record files.

·         Complies with the Health, Safety and Hygiene Policy.
