WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Floor/Service Supervisor to join the amazing Jones The Grocer team here at Radisson RED

What are we looking for?

▪          Supervise Store Shift Operations: Ensure assigned shifts are run accordingly to the operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, employee satisfaction and HSSE guidelines.

▪          Store Services and Product Knowledge: Supervise store staff to work with the full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, products and menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.

▪           Sequence of Service Skills Supervision: Supervise all staff to implement the correct sequence of service skills to ensure high standards of service in line with jtg operating procedures and standards.

▪          Customer Satisfaction Levels:  Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.

▪          Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.

▪          Daily and Weekly Reports: Assist in completing all reports and checklists on time as required.

▪          HSSE & Quality Supervision: Supervise completion of store checklists and relevant equipment to fulfil HSSE requirements for daily operation.

▪          Financial Responsibility: Supervise in-store shift cash handling duties (including tip collection) and procedures are strictly adhered to, resulting in accurate reporting of the day-to-day operational revenue and costs.

▪          Operating environment: Flexibility in working conditions to include working hours and locations. Dealing with customers can be a highly pressurised job and the person must be able to manage this without compromising service levels of management skills.

▪          Communication and listening skills at a high level

▪          Time Management

▪          Computer skills at an operational level with strong MS Office skills

▪          Stress Resistance

▪          Customer Orientation
